Data deletion request

Send one short email and we'll take care of the rest:

• Email our contact address (to be confirmed before launch) with the subject "Data deletion request".
• Tell us the business name and the email or mobile number on the account, so we can find your records.

If you are logged in, you can also delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete account, which starts the same process automatically.

Within 30 days of verifying your request we permanently delete:

• your account and profile details;
• your Brand Kit, learned voice and connected-channel tokens;
• your photo pool and any content you uploaded or sent by WhatsApp;
• the posts and drafts Robin created for you.

Disconnecting a platform also revokes Robin's access to that account immediately, so we can no longer read from or publish to it.

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it, for example billing and tax records, and minimal logs needed to prevent fraud. These are kept only for as long as we are required to keep them and are then deleted.

Deleting your Robin data does not automatically remove posts that have already gone live on your own Instagram, Facebook or Google Business Profile, because those live on the platforms under your control. You can remove those directly from each platform, or ask us and we will remove any we published while your account was active.

We will email you to confirm once your data has been deleted. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
