Terms of Service
Last updated pending incorporation
These terms govern your use of Robin, provided by Robin. Robin is not yet incorporated, so the company details here are to be confirmed before launch. By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1.The service
Robin drafts a week of social media posts in your brand voice using your photos, lets you approve them, and publishes the approved posts to your connected Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile accounts. Features vary by plan and develop over time.
2.Your account
- You must run a genuine UK business and be authorised to act for it.
- You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your login secure.
- You confirm you have the right to use the photos and content you give us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.
3.Approval and publishing
On the Co-pilot plan, nothing is published until you approve it. You can skip any post that is still waiting for approval, and a skipped post is never published. Once you approve a post, Robin publishes it at its scheduled time. If you turn on Autopilot, you authorise Robin to approve and publish on your behalf without per-post approval; you can switch Autopilot off at any time in settings, and anything already approved before you switched it off still goes out. On Autopilot there is nothing left to skip, because Robin approves each post at the moment it writes it. Robin has no caption editor today, so skipping a post is how you stop it. You remain responsible for the content that goes out under your name.
4.Trials, fees and cancellation
- The self-serve plan includes a 7-day free trial and takes no card to start, so nothing is charged when it ends. Robin stops working for you until you start a paid plan from settings.
- Fees are billed monthly in advance at the price shown.
- You can cancel a self-serve plan at any time from settings; your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
- Managed plans carry a minimum 6-month term, billed monthly, with a paid onboarding sprint credited to month one.
- We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT added to the prices you see.
5.Acceptable use
You agree not to use Robin to post content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, infringing, or that breaches the rules of the platforms we publish to. We may suspend or end accounts that do.
6.Intellectual property
You own your content and the posts created for you. You grant us the licence we need to host, process and publish that content to run the service. We own the Robin software, brand and the underlying prompt systems.
7.Third-party platforms
Robin relies on Meta, Google and other platforms whose APIs and policies are outside our control. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions or decisions made by those platforms that affect your ability to publish.
8.Liability
We provide Robin with reasonable skill and care, but nothing is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
